Pizza Politana makes wonderful wood fired pizza at farmers markets around the north bay. Husband and wife Joel and Naomi are both amazing chefs and now have three traveling ovens. My wife just joined the team and helps out a few days a week. Pizza lovers will be very impressed with the Italian style thin crust pies.
